Service Description: Transform your skin from the inside out with our Microneedling Facial Treatment. Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, this advanced treatment uses tiny, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering your body’s natural healing response. This boosts collagen and elastin production—reducing the appearance of acne scars, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, large pores, and dull texture. Safe for most skin types, microneedling leaves you with smoother, firmer, and more luminous skin over time. For optimal results, a series of treatments is recommended. Pre-Treatment Guidelines: For your safety and best results, please follow these instructions before your microneedling appointment: Avoid retinol, AHAs/BHAs, and exfoliants for 3–5 days prior to treatment. Do not use blood-thinning medications (like Advil, Aspirin, or Ibuprofen) for 24–48 hours unless prescribed. Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 72 hours before your session. Discontinue any harsh skincare treatments or facials one week prior. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Let us know if you're on any medications or have active skin conditions (e.g. cold sores, eczema, rosacea). Post-Treatment Care: Microneedling works beneath the skin—so your skin will need extra love as it heals. You may experience redness, tightness, or sensitivity for the first 24–72 hours. Here’s how to care for your glow: Do not wash your face for at least 8 hours after treatment. Avoid touching your face and keep the area clean and makeup-free for 24 hours. Use only gentle, hydrating skincare (like hyaluronic acid) for the first 3 days. Avoid active ingredients (retinol, vitamin C, acids) for 5–7 days. No saunas, hot showers, sweating, or direct sun for at least 48–72 hours. Always wear SPF 30+ once you're cleared to go outside. Avoid exfoliation or facial treatments for 7–10 days.

Lates, Cancellation and No- Show/ No Call Policy Lates There will be an 5 minute grace period for appointments before you are considered late. Later than 5 minutes will result in your appointment cancelled and a fee of $20.00 applied to future appointments. SM Body Care will try our best to accommodate you by scheduling a same-day appointment but this is not guaranteed. To schedule future appointments, the fee of $20 must be paid. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule an appointment, SM Body Care requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours. All appointments MUST be cancelled by the client through our website. Appointments will be rescheduled once with the deposit or full amount paid previously if it was cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours. If the client does not cancel with a minimum of 24 hour notice, then the appointment if paid in full or deposit will not be honored. Cancelling and rescheduling appointments more than once will result in the deposit or appointment total to not be honored. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable once. Failure to abide by the following will result in a $20.00 fee plus half of the appointment total to book future appointments. No-Shows/ No-Emails No-Shows/ No- Emails will not be tolerated. SM Body Care will send out reminder emails but It is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments. In the event were the client is not sure, SM Body Care can always be contacted by email. Leave a detailed email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. There will be a fee of $50.00 that will be applied to your appointment for no-shows/ no-email. It MUST be paid in order to book future appointments. SM Body Care strives to give you affordable services in a timely manner. We respect your time so please respect ours. For any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
