Nd:YAG Spider Vein Treatment is a non invasive laser treatment designed to reduce the appearance of small superficial blood vessels and spider veins on the legs. At SM Body Care, we use 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser technology, which delivers controlled energy directly to the targeted vessel. The vessel absorbs the laser energy, causing it to gradually collapse and be naturally cleared by the body over time. Treatment is customized according to the size, colour, depth and location of the vessel, as well as the client’s skin tone. This service is intended for small superficial spider veins and telangiectasia. Larger blue/green reticular veins, raised veins, painful veins or suspected varicose veins may require assessment and treatment by a medical vein specialist. Good candidates This treatment may be appropriate for clients experiencing: - Small red, purple or blue spider veins - Fine branching vessels on the legs - Small isolated vascular clusters - Cosmetic concerns related to superficial visible vessels This service does not treat large varicose veins, raised/rope-like veins or underlying venous disease. Clients presenting with larger vessels, significant swelling, pain or other concerning vascular symptoms may be referred to a physician or vein specialist.

Lates, Cancellation and No- Show/ No Call Policy Lates There will be an 5 minute grace period for appointments before you are considered late. Later than 5 minutes will result in your appointment cancelled and a fee of $20.00 applied to future appointments. SM Body Care will try our best to accommodate you by scheduling a same-day appointment but this is not guaranteed. To schedule future appointments, the fee of $20 must be paid. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule an appointment, SM Body Care requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours. All appointments MUST be cancelled by the client through our website. Appointments will be rescheduled once with the deposit or full amount paid previously if it was cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours. If the client does not cancel with a minimum of 24 hour notice, then the appointment if paid in full or deposit will not be honored. Cancelling and rescheduling appointments more than once will result in the deposit or appointment total to not be honored. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable once. Failure to abide by the following will result in a $20.00 fee plus half of the appointment total to book future appointments. No-Shows/ No-Emails No-Shows/ No- Emails will not be tolerated. SM Body Care will send out reminder emails but It is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments. In the event were the client is not sure, SM Body Care can always be contacted by email. Leave a detailed email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. There will be a fee of $50.00 that will be applied to your appointment for no-shows/ no-email. It MUST be paid in order to book future appointments. SM Body Care strives to give you affordable services in a timely manner. We respect your time so please respect ours. For any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
