Your laser journey doesn’t have to start with a huge commitment. Come experience your first session, see how your skin responds, and decide from there. 🍂 Fall is actually one of the best times to start laser — less sun exposure, more time to complete your sessions, and smoother skin ready for next spring and summer. Limited spots available. Book your $100 Full Body Starter Session today. Before Your Appointment • Shave all treatment areas approximately 24 hours before your appointment. A $10 shaving fee may apply if necessary. • Avoid tanning, excessive sun exposure and spray tans for at least 7 days before treatment. Sunburned or recently tanned skin may require your appointment to be postponed. • Arrive with clean skin — no lotion, oils, deodorant or makeup on treatment areas. • Avoid chemical peels or other laser treatments on the area for approximately 2 weeks before and after your session. • Stop active skincare products including retinoids, AHAs/BHAs and hydroquinone at least 7 days before treatment. • Do not wax, tweeze or use depilatory creams for at least 3 weeks before treatment. Shaving only. • Any unusual moles, lesions or skin concerns within the treatment area may require medical clearance before treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Lates, Cancellation and No- Show/ No Call Policy Lates There will be an 5 minute grace period for appointments before you are considered late. Later than 5 minutes will result in your appointment cancelled and a fee of $20.00 applied to future appointments. SM Body Care will try our best to accommodate you by scheduling a same-day appointment but this is not guaranteed. To schedule future appointments, the fee of $20 must be paid. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule an appointment, SM Body Care requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours. All appointments MUST be cancelled by the client through our website. Appointments will be rescheduled once with the deposit or full amount paid previously if it was cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours. If the client does not cancel with a minimum of 24 hour notice, then the appointment if paid in full or deposit will not be honored. Cancelling and rescheduling appointments more than once will result in the deposit or appointment total to not be honored. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable once. Failure to abide by the following will result in a $20.00 fee plus half of the appointment total to book future appointments. No-Shows/ No-Emails No-Shows/ No- Emails will not be tolerated. SM Body Care will send out reminder emails but It is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments. In the event were the client is not sure, SM Body Care can always be contacted by email. Leave a detailed email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. There will be a fee of $50.00 that will be applied to your appointment for no-shows/ no-email. It MUST be paid in order to book future appointments. SM Body Care strives to give you affordable services in a timely manner. We respect your time so please respect ours. For any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
