Brazilian intimate skin lightening is a professional corrective treatment designed to gradually improve uneven skin tone, dark spots, and post-inflammatory pigmentation in the bikini and Brazilian area. Pigmentation in this region is extremely common and can be caused by hair removal, friction, hormones, inflammation, or genetics. At SM Body Care, this treatment is performed using safe, non-harsh brightening protocols that focus on gentle exfoliation, calming inflammation, and supporting healthy skin regeneration. This is not instant bleaching and does not compromise the skin barrier. Instead, results are achieved progressively over a series of treatments to ensure safety and long-term improvement. This service is performed in a private, judgment free environment with realistic expectations clearly communicated. Pre-Treatment Care Avoid waxing or shaving 48 hours prior Do not exfoliate or use active products 5–7 days before Avoid sun exposure or tanning Arrive with clean skin, no oils or creams Inform your provider of any medications or skin sensitivities Post-Treatment Care Avoid heat, sweating, and friction for 24–48 hours Wear loose clothing Do not exfoliate or use active products Avoid waxing/shaving for at least 72 hours Follow recommended home care products Results improve gradually with consistency
Cancellation Policy
Lates, Cancellation and No- Show/ No Call Policy Lates There will be an 5 minute grace period for appointments before you are considered late. Later than 5 minutes will result in your appointment cancelled and a fee of $20.00 applied to future appointments. SM Body Care will try our best to accommodate you by scheduling a same-day appointment but this is not guaranteed. To schedule future appointments, the fee of $20 must be paid. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule an appointment, SM Body Care requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours. All appointments MUST be cancelled by the client through our website. Appointments will be rescheduled once with the deposit or full amount paid previously if it was cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours. If the client does not cancel with a minimum of 24 hour notice, then the appointment if paid in full or deposit will not be honored. Cancelling and rescheduling appointments more than once will result in the deposit or appointment total to not be honored. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable once. Failure to abide by the following will result in a $20.00 fee plus half of the appointment total to book future appointments. No-Shows/ No-Emails No-Shows/ No- Emails will not be tolerated. SM Body Care will send out reminder emails but It is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments. In the event were the client is not sure, SM Body Care can always be contacted by email. Leave a detailed email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. There will be a fee of $50.00 that will be applied to your appointment for no-shows/ no-email. It MUST be paid in order to book future appointments. SM Body Care strives to give you affordable services in a timely manner. We respect your time so please respect ours. For any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
